Custom CRM, ERP and business systems built around how you work.
When off-the-shelf tools force your team to work around them, we design the system around the team instead: one connected platform for sales, delivery, finance and reporting, integrated with the tools you keep.

Tell us what you are trying to fix. You get a written assessment and, if there is a fit, a scoped proposal.
Request a consultationDoes this sound familiar?
- Customer information lives in three systems and none of them agree.
- Your team runs the business from spreadsheets because the software cannot model how you actually sell or deliver.
- Quotes, jobs, invoices and payments are re-keyed by hand between tools.
- Customers and partners email for status updates because there is no portal.
- Leadership cannot see pipeline, delivery and cash in one place without someone building a report.

Named for scope, not as endorsements.
Step 1: Process discovery
We document how work actually flows today, including the exceptions, before we design anything.
Step 2: Data model and architecture
Entities, relationships, permissions and integrations are designed and reviewed with you; this document becomes the scope.
Step 3: Build in milestones
Working software from the first milestone so your team can test real tasks early and change course cheaply.
Step 4: Migrate and integrate
Legacy data is cleaned and migrated; connected systems are integrated through official APIs with monitoring.
Step 5: Launch and support
Training, a documented rollback plan and a maintenance agreement so the system keeps pace with the business.
A good fit when
- Your processes are stable enough to be worth encoding, but too specific for a template product.
- Several teams or locations need the same information at the same time.
- You have, or will assign, an owner on your side who can make decisions quickly.
Probably not the right fit when
- A well-configured off-the-shelf product would do the job; we will tell you so and implement that instead.
- The process changes every week and nobody owns it yet.
- The budget cannot cover maintenance after launch.
Questions about custom software, crm & erp
Custom CRM or HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce: how do you decide?
By fit and total cost over three to five years. If a platform models your process with configuration and its licence cost is sustainable, we implement the platform. If you need workflows, data or pricing logic those platforms cannot express, custom software usually wins.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Source code, databases and documentation are delivered to repositories and infrastructure in your name.
How long does a custom CRM or ERP take?
A first usable milestone is typically delivered within weeks of design sign-off; the full scope depends on modules and integrations. The proposal states milestones and dates.
Can you migrate our data from the old system?
Yes. Migration is scoped as its own workstream with validation reports so you can confirm nothing was lost or mis-mapped.
What happens after launch?
A maintenance and managed-support agreement covers updates, monitoring, backups, security review and a response commitment, all written down.
